  • Anti-Rumours Strategy: principles, objectives, methodology and evolution, as well as its framing in interculturality as a public policy approach to diversity management. 
  • Analysis of the main concepts of the ARS: stereotypes, prejudices and rumours – what are they, how are they created and how do they work, what are their impacts, how can they be reduced and counteracted.
  • The Anti-rumours dialogue.
  • Criteria for implementing targeted actions.

  • Designing a Communication Strategy in Intercultural Cities (translated into English). 
  • Rethinking Reception from an intercultural perspective
  • Paper Intercultural Communication – 10 criteria for building effective alternative narratives on diversity (translated into English and Italian).
